What Will Learn?
This course is a comprehensive and intensive introduction to the research process. It includes the following components:
- Literature Review
- Dissertation Research
- Dissertation Proposal
- Dissertation Project
This course is designed to assist students in the preparation of their dissertation research proposal. Students will submit an acceptable draft of the first three chapters of their dissertation proposal by the end of the course. This is a 4-credit-hour course and is allotted 6 weeks of time.
Dissertation Research, Literature Review and Proposal Defense
Dissertation Research, Literature Review and Proposal Defense is a required course of the Doctorate in Business Administration program at American International Theism University. This course is designed to assist students in the preparation of their dissertation research proposal.
A good dissertation proposal will mention the objectives and goals of your research. What do you hope your research will accomplish? What do you want the outcome to be? What are you planning to do to accomplish these objectives? These are the questions that students will need to answer as they work on their dissertation research proposals.
You’ll be expected to defend your proposal with research and data. Meanwhile, you’ll have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills you learned from the DBA program’s other courses. You must complete the other DBA courses before you can take the dissertation courses. Then you will be properly prepared to complete your proposal.
Students will need to submit an acceptable draft of the first three chapters of their dissertation proposal by the end of the course. You have a total of six weeks to write your draft and submit it to the instructor for review. If the draft is deemed acceptable, you will pass this particular portion of your dissertation project.
Upon completing the Dissertation Research, Literature Review and Proposal Defense program successfully, you will be awarded four credit hours on your academic record. Then you will be almost near the completion of the DBA program at American International Theism University.
Students of any Doctorate program are required to complete a dissertation project. It is the final project before becoming Doctors of Business Administration, which is the highest business title that one can achieve. Our university is authorized to award accredited DBA degrees to students who complete their dissertation projects.
