This course provides an overview of research methods and how to apply them in various fields. It will cover topics such as research design, data collection and analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods, sampling techniques, measurement scales, instrumentation development, survey design and administration, ethical considerations in research practice. Throughout the course, students will develop the necessary skills to conduct independent research projects. This course will also prepare students for further study in the field.

This class will provide an analysis of business problems and the use of scientific research as a problem-solving tool. This encompasses the understanding and application of appropriate research designs, research statistics, and the use of the computer for data analyses, and report writing and presentation.
