This course is designed for you to gain a deeper understanding of the Islamic Banking and Finance Industry, specifically in the context of products and services.
You will learn about various types of Islamic financial products, such as investment accounts, bank deposits, loans and insurance. You will also learn about the different types of Islamic financial services available, including retail banking and wholesale banking.
Additionally, you will be introduced to an overview of Islamic banking regulations in different countries around the world.
Islamic banking products and services are available in Islamic banks and Islamic windows operated by conventional banks. However, awareness of Islamic banking products and services has been low. Islamic banking works on a concept of free interest and it is practiced according to the Sharia Law whose source is from the Quran. This course builds on the foundation of the Islamic financial system and addresses how banking executives and financial magnets can create a framework for understanding the appeal of marketing services and products through a Sharia-compliant alternative to traditional banking. This course will provide you with real-life experiences and practical knowledge that will assist you in opening up lucrative and emerging markets.
