This course will focus on the unique challenges of providing grief counseling to children who have experienced loss. Students will learn about the developmental stages of children, the ways in which children process grief, and the specific needs of children in the grief counseling process. The course will also cover evidence-based interventions and techniques for providing effective grief counseling to children.
